Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed at the time of booking. Provisional bookings are held for 48 hours pending payment.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 3 months before arrival: full refund. Cancellations between 1 and 3 months before arrival: refund less 20% administration fee. Cancellations less than 1 month before arrival: no refund unless the accommodation is re-let.
Park rules
Guests must comply with all park rules provided at check-in. Quiet hours apply from 10pm to 7am. Fires are permitted in designated areas only. Guests are responsible for their own rubbish disposal.
Liability
Ōkiwi Bay Holiday Park & Lodge takes reasonable care of guests and their property but accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests engage in water-based activities at their own risk. All activities must comply with applicable New Zealand law and regulations.
